We are full members of the BPCA. This means that:

• Our staff are trained in the identification and assessment of pest problems and in the selection of safe, appropriate control measures.
• We have shown a high standard in our business systems, record keeping, stores, vehicles and procedures.
• As members we carry adequate insurance.
• We conform to the Association’s Code of Practice.
